THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is pathetic, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd acquired something usable instead. Sav
